The aim of this report is to present what is popular in United States. I interviewed my cousin, Dani. The questions concerned food, free time activities, sports and music.

Where my cousin lives, it´ s quite common eating donnas or beagles for breakfast. In all Americans restaurants, there is a kids menu, and it always has cheese burger, or macaroni cheese.

In her free time, she loves go out with friends, and she always has a great time there. Dani also told us “I love go out with my friends. The school time isn’t enough, so I go out with them, and I like it a lot”. Sometimes, she goes out only with a group of girls, and go shopping, they like it a lot.

She likes doing sport very much. Her favourite sport is soccer; she practices once or twice a week with the majority of her friends. And they have an hour of class for doing fisical exercise.

Dani loves music. She is always listening to, and singing the most popular themes. But also the adults listen to music a lot: in the radio, and they have usually there own IPods too. And the most strange thing: they don’t use to listen to music in other idioms.

The most surprising aspect of the report is that adult people have there own IPods, I didn’t know it.

Introduction: The aim of this report is to know about Spain. We interviewed Sol´s aunt and uncle by MSN. The questions concerden food, free time activitis, sport and music.

Food: The tipics food in Spain are highlander ham, potatoe cake and paella. In general the base of the food are fishes and seafood.

Free time: Depend the place in Spain that you live, are a lot of diferents things to do. For example the places with mountains are perfect for excursion, and Madrid is a very importan fashion city, so many people goes there to buy clothes.

Sports: A very important sport in Spain is carrovelismo and football, in that sport there are two things that are very famous: Real Madrid and Barcelona. Other important sport is remo.

Music: Spanish people, like the flamenco music but there are a lot of bands or singers that sing another music type, and they are famous too.

Conclusion: In Spain the people like sport and there are funny things.

INTRODUCTION:
The aim of this report is to present what is popular in Israel. We interviewed Brenda’s uncle, by mail. The questions concerned food, free time activities, sports and music.

FINDING
Food: The majority of people like Israeli fast food like the Falafel (little fried chick pea balls), but they like another things like the Shakshuka (eggs with tomatoes, onions and garlic).

Free time: Young people like hanging out with friends and dancing in nights clubs or spending time in the beach. Teenagers like listening to music, playing computer games or watching television.

Sport: Sports are an important cultured part. Million of Israelis play sports like water sports like scuba diving, snorkelling, surfing or swimming. Also, football, basketball, tennis, judo, handball, gymnastic and athletics.

Music: Israeli music has a variety Diaspora influences, Yemenite music, Hasidic melodies, Arabic music and Greek music. People like listening to modern music too, like jazz and pop rock.

CONCLUSION
The most suprising aspect of the report is the large number think that this is a multicultural country, but there is something those they don´t know: it is a modern country. The technology, young people and entertainment are an important Israel´s landscape.

The aim of this report is to present what is popular in Brazil. Via E-mail, we interviewed Maxi´s uncle, who is actually living in Brazil. The questions concerned food, free time activities, sports and music.



Findings:

Food:

The most tipical food in Brazil is a dish called "Arroz com feijao", which means "Rice and Beans". It´s present in every meal at every home, and also in most of the restaurants you can see it in the menu during lunch time... It´s serve during lunch because it´s a very caloric dish and it´s not advisable to serve at dinner time.

Another classic dish there is what it´s called "feijoada", which is basically a mixture of beans, rice and some differents parts of the pork...

For brazilians, the "feijoada" is like the stew for the argentinians.



Free Time:

Of course, football is the preferred hobby or sport in Brazil, but it depends on what part of the country you are considering. You can find some other popular hobby or sports, like surfing, in cities like Rio De Janeiro or Florianopolis. In the case of Maxi´s uncle, his favourite hobby is playing tennis. When he has some free time you can find him playing tennis at the "Esporte Clube Pinheiros" in Sao Paulo.



Sport:

As I wrote in the previous paragraph,the most popular sport in Brazil is football...and you can find it in many different versions:the classical mode,the futsal mode or the beach football mode.



Music:

Brazil has a very big variety of music. Amond the most popular music styles you can find MPB(Musica Popular Brasileira)

You can find also other music styles like Samba, especially in Rio and Sao Paulo during carnival festivities, and axe in the north east of the country.



Conclusion:
The most surprising aspect of the report is that you can have a million of friends in Brazil but friendship is more superficial there.
